There’s real freedom in knowing help is only the press of a button away. The Home Alarms Canada Companion Service provides two-way voice communication connected directly to a dispatcher who can send help in an emergency, or reach out to a friend or family member for assistance. Options include fall detection with GPS for help wherever you are, 24/7 access to emergency help at home, and integration with your Apple Watch for round-the-clock access to live personal emergency response operators.

How It Works in a Medical Emergency

When you press the emergency button — or the fall-detection feature detects a fall — an alert goes straight to our trained operators. The operator reaches out immediately over the two-way voice speaker to confirm the emergency, then initiates the emergency protocol.

If we can’t reach you to confirm, we contact three friends, family members, or neighbours of your choosing. If the situation warrants it, the operator dispatches emergency services to your home — so you get help right away.
