How It Works in a Medical Emergency
When you press the emergency button or the fall detection feature detects a fall, an alert is sent out to our trained operators. The operator will reach out to you immediately through a two-way voice speaker to confirm there’s an emergency. Then, they’ll initiate the emergency protocol.
If we cannot reach you and confirm the emergency, then we’ll contact three friends, family members, or neighbors of your choosing to confirm. If the situation warrants it, the trained operator will dispatch emergency services to your home. So, you’ll get the help you need right away.
